Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn, washed, or has its hygiene seal removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
